Exchange Policy
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Mond’sub Pakistan offers a 7-day goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned within the allowed time.
What items are eligible for exchange?
Items can be exchanged only if:
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product seal is intact
- The packaging has not been opened, damaged, or tampered with
Can sale items be exchanged or returned?
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless you received the wrong product.
How do I request an exchange?
Email us at info@mondsub.pk with your order number, item name, and reason for exchange.

Do I need to pay shipping for an exchange?
Yes. Any applicable re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
Please take clear pictures of the damaged or faulty item and email them to us with your order details.
How will I receive the exchange amount?
Once approved, we may send a replacement item or issue a coupon for the same amount as the returned item.
Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can usually be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Will I get a refund for a cancelled order?
Refunds for cancelled orders are usually processed only if the product has not been shipped.
What if my order has already been delivered?
If the order has been delivered, the exchange policy may apply instead of cancellation.
How do I cancel my order?
Contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
Are opened skincare products cancellable or returnable?
No. Opened or used skincare products, including face masks, may not qualify for cancellation, return, or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Shipping Policy
How long does order dispatch take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, provided it is a business day.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email or call with your order details.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We will inform you via phone call or SMS and let you know when the item can be dispatched.
What is the shipping fee?
Standard shipping across Pakistan is Rs. 250.
Which courier services do you use?
We use Swyft, Call Courier, Trax, BlueEx, and TCS for nationwide delivery.
How long does delivery take?
For non-Lahore orders, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Can my parcel be delivered to another address?
No. Parcels are delivered only to the shipping address provided at checkout.
